$1.5M deal: Electric Boat acquires another Groton commercial lot

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Electric Boat has purchased a commercial lot at 435 Thames St. in Groton for $1.5 million, marking its third acquisition on Thames Street this month. Earlier in May, the company bought a 34,700-square-foot warehouse at 415 Thames St. and a 12,737-square-foot vacant restaurant property at 359 Thames St. for $3.6 million.
