According to the Hartford Business Journal, a developer has purchased a 2.57-acre vacant lot at 382 Ferry Blvd., Stratford for $3.15 million to construct a four-story, 119-unit apartment complex with 1,254 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The site, previously appraised at $2.58 million and assessed at $1.81 million, will undergo demolition of an old commercial building before construction begins.
