$16M redevelopment: Former downtown Hartford office building set for residential conversion

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Shelbourne Global Solutions plans a $16 million conversion of a six-story, 56,410-square-foot office building at 150 Trumbull St. in Hartford into 46 apartments above retail space. The 1909-built property, purchased for $2.35 million in 2021, currently houses Max’s Trumbull Kitchen and a 1,000-square-foot storefront facing Asylum Street.
