$2.3M South Windsor Property Purchased by Plumbing Company

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the owner of a South Windsor-based plumbing company purchased a 1.8-acre property at 350 Chapel Road for $2.3 million. The property includes a 29,123-square-foot light industrial building and a 2,500-square-foot building, both with 16-foot wall heights. The deal was recorded on November 7, and the seller was a trust.
