250,240SF Warehouse Project Underway in Windsor Locks

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 250,240-square-foot distribution center is under construction at 30 Hamilton Road in Windsor Locks. The $25 million development by Silverman Group is expected to be completed by early 2025 and is located in the Bradley Airport Development Zone, offering significant tax benefits. The property, purchased from Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. for $1.9 million, includes a 199,000-square-foot industrial building. The new warehouse will feature 43 loading docks, 149 parking spaces, and 43 trailer spaces.
