$30.75M Deal: NY Firm Acquires CT-Focused Town Fair Tire Shopping Centers

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Kempner Properties acquired six shopping centers in Connecticut and Rhode Island for $30.75 million. The portfolio totals 126,299 square feet and is 92% occupied, with Town Fair Tire leasing 40% of the space on triple net leases. The shopping centers include properties at 248 West Main Street in Avon, 1326 Boston Post Road in Milford, 580 Main Avenue in Norwalk, 994 North Colony Road in Wallingford, 61 Boston Post Road in Orange, and 1085 Bald Hill Road in Warwick, Rhode Island.
