Arvinas Expands Science Park Presence and Renews Leases in New Haven

According to the Hartford Business Journal, New Haven-based Arvinas Inc. is expanding its footprint in Science Park by renewing its leases at 4 and 5 Science Park, extending them to December 31, 2029. The company will add 1,500 square feet at 5 Science Park, bringing its total space to 67,500 square feet across both locations. Arvinas will pay $157,380.04 in monthly rent at 5 Science Park and $8,653.33 at 4 Science Park in 2025. This decision follows Arvinas’ termination of a lease agreement at 101 College St., for which it paid a $41.5 million fee.
