Berlin approves contractor warehouse project

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Westwood Real Estate Holdings has received zoning approval to develop a 20,000-square-foot warehouse on a 1.77-acre site at 0 Clark Drive, Berlin. The property, owned by Heywood Homes, is the last undeveloped lot in the Clark Drive-Commerce Way subdivision. The warehouse will be divided into four 5,000-square-foot spaces, each with an overhead door, loading area, and bathroom, primarily for contractor storage.
