Bloomfield Industrial Property Sells for $3.13M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 25,968-square-foot warehouse and 7.39 acres in Bloomfield recently sold for $3.13 million. The properties at 9 and 11 Southwood Drive, which host a branch of United Rentals, were purchased by Mirror Lake Properties Bloomfield LLC and Granger Properties Bloomfield LLC. The seller, ACP URI Bloomfield LLC, had bought the properties for $2.64 million in 2022.
