Blue Fox Run Golf Course Bought for $5.78M, Linked to CT Wholesale Food Distributor CEO

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Blue Fox Run a 250-acre golf course in Avon, was sold for $5.78 million to Town Fox LLC, which is associated with Buzzuto’s Inc. The property located at 65 Nod Road, includes a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse and a 5,872-square-foot maintenance barn. The sale was recorded recently, but the buyer’s plans for the property remain unclear. The golf course, which opened in the early 1970s, is zoned as agricultural land and contains environmentally sensitive areas, including wetlands and the Farmington River.
