Capewell’s New Owner Purchases South Windsor Headquarters Property

According to the Hartford Business Journal, HEICO Corp. purchased Capewell Aerial Systems’ headquarters at 105 Nutmeg Road South in South Windsor for nearly $4.2 million. The 46,342-square-foot light industrial building, situated on 4.5 acres, was previously owned by Store Capital, which acquired it for $3.12 million in 2019. This acquisition follows HEICO’s earlier purchase of two divisions of Capewell Aerial Systems.
