Capitol Region Education Council Buys Hartford Flex Space for $2.1M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Capitol Region Education Council has purchased a 52,000-square-foot office and warehouse building at 245 Locust St., Hartford, for $2.1 million. The property, built in 1968 on 3.2 acres, was previously owned by 245 Locust Street LLC and had been leased by CREC for student transportation services.
