Century Spring CEO Purchases Company and Bristol HQ for $2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Century Spring’s CEO purchased the Bristol-based manufacturer and its 32,986-square-foot industrial building at 100 Wooster Court for $2 million. The 1975 vintage building, situated on 4.1 acres, was sold by a limited liability company. The CEO, who previously held minor shares, bought out her partner and now owns the business and property, making it a 100% woman-owned small business. Century Spring plans to remain on the same property and expand its spring-engineering capacity.
