According to the Hartford Business Journal, Muse Coworking Collective has opened a collaborative workspace at 275 Maple Ave., Cheshire. The 3,000-square-foot historic building, purchased for $370,000 in 2021 by Moxie Properties LLC, underwent $150,000 in renovations. The space offers various booking options, including daily and weekly reservations, and features small conference and meeting rooms. The building, originally a Victorian home from 1860, aims to provide a comfortable, home-like environment for professionals.
