Cheshire Retail & Office Complex Sold for $4.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Hamden-based real estate investor sold the Watch Factory complex at 98 Elm St. in Cheshire for $4.5 million to 98 Elm LLC. The complex, which includes four brick buildings totaling 42,392-square-feet sits on over 4 acres. The deal also involved a $2.9 million mortgage taken by 98 Elm LLC from CJC Enterprises LLC.
