Cheshire Warehouse Purchased for $1.2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a small warehouse in Cheshire near the Waterbury city line was sold for $1.2 million to Danolas Properties LLC. The 7,600-square-foot warehouse at 2091 Meriden Road, will become the new home of Connecticut Dry Basements. The company plans to move from its current Plainville location within six months after renovations. The warehouse, features refrigerated and freezer sections and will be adapted to meet the needs of Connecticut Dry Basements.
