Coventry Crossing Retail Property Sells for $9.2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Coventry Crossing, a 21,000-square-foot commercial center at 2300-2380 New London Turnpike in Coventry, has been sold for $9.2 million. The property, spanning 5.65 acres, was purchased by RCG Coventry PM LLC from ARG CCCOVRI001 LLC, with the main building housing a CVS Pharmacy constructed in 2008. The site, located near Exit 7 off Interstate 95, includes 160 parking spaces and additional retail tenants such as Navigant Credit Union and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
