Cromwell Office Property Purchased for $4.7M by CT Water Co. as New ‘Operations Center’

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Connecticut Water Co. recently acquired a 38,206-square-foot office building on 7.4 acres at 55 Sebethe Drive in Cromwell for $4.7 million. The building, previously occupied by i-Health, will now serve as an operations center for about 45 engineering staff. This new location offers modern amenities, including laboratories, a cafeteria, and walking trails, and replaces a smaller leased office in Middletown.
