Developer Avner Krohn sells Enfield retail strip for $2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Jasko Development has sold a 7,742-square-foot retail strip at 841 Enfield St., Enfield for $2 million to Cobalt Wellness LLC, a medical spa that was already a tenant in the building. The property, built in 1940 on 1.3 acres, was purchased by Jasko Development for $390,000 in 2015 and underwent extensive renovations.
