Distribution Facility in Manchester Sells for Over Three Times Its 2018 Value

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 190,000-square-foot logistics warehouse at 100 Sanrico Drive in Manchester has been sold for $12 million, more than triple its 2018 sale price of $3.62 million. The property, built in 1986 on 10 acres, was sold by a limited liability company affiliated with SkyRem to B&D Holdings, a New Jersey-based real estate investor.
