Downtown New Britain Apartment Building Trades for $4.5M After Conversion

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Rocky Hill investor recently purchased The Andrews, a 20-unit apartment building at 132 Main St., New Britain, for $4.5 million. The 26,975-square-foot building, which underwent a $4.3 million renovation, features first-floor restaurant space and is fully occupied. Vina Andrews LLC, the winning bidder, was one of 239 potential buyers.
