East Haven Warehouse Sold for $1.35M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Spotless Linens LLC has purchased a warehouse at 133 Commerce St., East Haven, for $1.35 million from A&G Developments LLC. The 18,000-square-foot property had been vacant for a year prior to purchase. Spotless Linens, which had been leasing space in West Haven, plans to move into the new location by early fall after making some capital investments and renovations. A&G Developments had originally bought the property for $650,000 in August 2020.
