Electric Boat to Construct 480,000-Sq.-Ft. Warehouse Following $5.5M Land Acquisition in North Stonington

According to the Hartford Business Journal, General Dynamics Electric Boat purchased a nearly 55-acre property in North Stonington for $5.5 million. The site at 45 Frontage Road, will be developed into a 480,000-square-foot warehouse. The North Stonington Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan, which includes 13 loading docks, three vehicle ramps, and 75 parking spaces. The property was sold by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
