Enfield Property, Once Marvin Distribution Hub, Sells for $5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Marvin Enfield LLC sold a 48,105-square-foot light industrial building at 1 Niblick Road in Enfield to Tokyo Trading Corp. for $5 million. The property, built in 1998 and sitting on 5.1 acres, was sold following intense interest from multiple buyers. Marvin has engaged in a short-term leaseback of the Enfield property as it completes its move to a new 185,600-square-foot logistics center in Windsor
