Expanding Traffic Control Business Purchases Glastonbury Industrial Building for $1.37M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a principal of New England Traffic Solutions recently purchased a 12,674-square-foot industrial building in Glastonbury for $1.37 million. The building, located at 94 Eastern Blvd., was previously occupied by D Tech Services, which has relocated to a larger space in Cromwell. The property, which went on the market on June 1, attracted significant interest despite a slow summer, highlighting the ongoing shortage of industrial spaces under 50,000 square feet in the area.
