Fairfield medical office property sold for $20.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, UU CT MOB I LLC has acquired a 35,999-square-foot medical office building at 1152 Kings Highway Cutoff, Fairfield for $20.5 million. The one-story structure, built in 2019 on 1.6 acres, was previously owned by Fairfield Commons LLC, which had held the property since 1991. The building, home to Yale New Haven Health’s Northeast Medical Group, was appraised at $7.42 million and assessed at $5.19 million in 2023.
