Farmington Medical/Office Building Portfolio Sold to Texas Buyer for Over $7M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a nine-building medical/office portfolio in Farmington sold for just over $7 million. The properties, located on Forest Park Drive and totaling about 90,000 square feet on 10.5 acres, were auctioned this month. The buyer, SSKI Management LLC. The seller, FPO Green LLC, had acquired the complex in 2021 for $5.9 million.
