Farmington Properties Totaling $1.5M Sold in Trio Deal

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 1.5-acre property at 1000 Elm Street in Rocky Hill has been sold for $2.5 million. The property includes a 10,000-square-foot building and was purchased by Elm Street Holdings LLC. The seller, Rocky Hill Properties LLC, had owned the property for over a decade.
