Farmington retail property near Westfarms mall sold for $3.375M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, 1599 SE Road LLC has purchased a 21,600-square-foot retail building at 1599 Southeast Road, Farmington, for $3.375 million. The property, built in 1989 and renovated in 2008, sits on 1.42 acres and houses a Barnes & Noble Bookstore. The seller, Farmington South East RD LLC, had acquired the site in January 2014 for $1.99 million.
