Former Gem-Craft Inc. Warehouse in Cranston Sold for $650K

According to the Providence Business News, an industrial warehouse building at 1420 Elmwood Ave. in Cranston, previously home to Gem-Craft Inc., sold for $650,000. The 9,350-square-foot building, constructed in 1935, sits on nearly 2 acres of land and includes a 1,200-square-foot office and a 9,100-square-foot unfinished basement. The property was sold by DiSano Realty LLC and purchased by P&P Realty and HSM Investments LLC.
