Former WWE production site in Stamford set for redevelopment into warehouse
According to the Hartford Business Journal, V20 Group, operating as Hamilton Avenue Industrial LLC, has received approval to construct a 112,757-square-foot warehouse at 102, 120, and 128 Hamilton Ave. in Stamford. The developer purchased the three parcels, totaling 6.9 acres, for nearly $7.5 million from WWE, which previously used the site for a production studio and office buildings. The warehouse will feature space for up to three tenants, 111 parking spots, and 17 loading docks, with construction set to begin once permits are secured. WWE also sold its former headquarters at 1241 E. Main St. to MB Financial after relocating to a 400,000-square-foot office at 677-707 Washington Blvd.
