Fully leased Middletown retail portfolio sells for $7.25M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Make Properties LLC has acquired a fully leased retail portfolio in Middletown for $7.25 million. The portfolio includes four buildings totaling over 79,000 square feet, located at 635–655 South Main St. and 55 Ward St.
