Glastonbury Office Building Sold for $2.65M
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a marketing firm recently acquired a 30,000-square-foot office building at 300 Winding Brook Drive in Glastonbury. The firm, Cronin, will relocate and occupy about 10,000-square-feet of this space, which was previously owned by WB Partners LLC. The building, which sits on 3.93 acres, was sold for $2.65 million and will be fully occupied with the move-in date around August 1, including tenants such as FML and Solinsky EyeCare. This move comes after the firm’s previous location at 50 Nye Road was bought by the town.
