Glastonbury to Host New HQ for Law Firm After $1.5M Building Purchase

According to the Hartford Business Journal, JASCA LLC purchased a 60,500-square-foot office building at 500 Winding Brook Dr. in Glastonbury for $1.5 million. The property, built in 1982 and sitting on 5.27 acres, was previously owned by M&T Bank. The new owners plan to transform about half of the space into a modern headquarters for The Flood Law Firm while leasing the remaining space to other tenants
