Greenwich office building sold for $2.75M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, 7 Benedict Place Associates LLC has acquired a 7,527-square-foot office building at 17 Wilmot Lane, Greenwich for $2.75 million. The two-story property, built in 1910 on a 0.43-acre parcel, was previously owned by Wilmot Lane Properties LLC.
