Guilford office building welcomes two new tenants after renovation

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Bennett Realty LLC has secured two new tenants for its 22,686-square-foot office building at 1445 Boston Post Road, Guilford, following renovations. ProHealth Physicians Inc. has leased 7,170 square feet of medical office space on the first floor, while JAJ Financial Planning has taken 1,278 square feet on the third floor.
