According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 25,561-square-foot industrial building at 237 Ledyard St. in Hartford was sold for $2.4 million. The property, situated on 1.4 acres in the South Meadows neighborhood, was sold by a limited liability company affiliated with Staypoint to Pennsylvania-based W. Dealtrey Limited Partnership.
