HISCO Pump’s Bloomfield Property Sold for $1.6M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 52,402-square-foot industrial building at 2 and 4 Mosey Drive in Bloomfield, hosting manufacturer HISCO Pump, was sold for $1.6 million. The property, which includes 3.6 acres and a 1970-vintage light industrial building, was sold by a limited liability company and purchased by a principal of HISCO. Despite the change in ownership, HISCO’s operations at the site will continue without interruption.
