Hotel Conversion Planned for Former LAZ Parking Headquarters in Hartford

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a partnership involving Lexington Partners and Shelbourne Global Solutions is planning to convert the former LAZ Parking headquarters at 15 Lewis St. in downtown Hartford into a boutique hotel. The 53,531-square-foot building, which was initially slated for apartment conversion, will now feature 75 to 90 rooms, with an estimated project cost of $37 million. The developers aim to begin construction in the fall and complete the hotel by early 2027.
