I-195 District Selects Final Four Firms for Parcel 5 Development

 

According to the Providence Business News, the I-195 Redevelopment District Commissioners have narrowed down the proposals for Parcel 5 to four finalists: EQT Exeter, Transom Real Estate, Design Center Partners, and Bluedog Capital Partners LLC. This decision follows an initial pool of nine proposals. The selected firms will now compete for the opportunity to develop the parcel, which is a significant step in the redevelopment efforts.
