Industrial Building Sold for $2.2M in Orange

According to the Hartford Business Journal, an industrial building at 45 Connair Road in Orange has been sold for $2.2 million. The 43,500-square-foot property, which includes office space and a manufacturing area with five loading docks, sits on 3.4 acres near Interstate 95. The building was sold by KSS Associates LLC to 45 Connair Road LLC. The property also features 176 parking spaces and adjacent undeveloped land suitable for storage or expansion.
