Industrial Properties in New Haven Fetch $2.35M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a two-parcel, multi-building industrial property in New Haven has been sold for over $2 million. Vargas Business Hub LLC purchased a 39,000-square-foot property at 196 Chapel St. for $1.65 million and a 13,260-square-foot building at 184-186 Chapel St. for $700,000. The properties were sold by LLoyd-Chapel LLC, which had acquired them in 2009 for just over $500,000.
