Industrial Property in Torrington Sells Twice in December for $2.7M, Later $4.6M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 53,000-square-foot industrial building at 129 Industrial Lane in Torrington sold twice in December, first for $2.7 million and then for $4.6 million. Riberdy Realty Acquisitions LLC initially sold the property to Stratis Real Estate LLC, which then sold it to Tempus SV Torrington LLC. The building, situated on 13.3 acres, will be leased by Stratis Printing LLC for 30 years, with options to extend the lease until 2064.
