Investor Acquires Berlin Office Complex for $2.4M, Eyes Multifamily Addition

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a three-building office complex at 1224 Mill St. in Berlin has been sold for $2.375 million through an auction on Ten-X. The 35,270-square-foot property, spanning 6.65 acres, was purchased by Cad Cam Machine Corp. The site, 70% occupied and anchored by coworking company Regus, was previously owned by a Brooklyn-based investor who acquired it for just over $3 million in 2014.
