Ireland Company Acquires Berlin-based ParMed

According to the Hartford Business Journal, ParMed LLC, located at 600 Four Rod Road, Building 3, in Berlin, has been acquired by Schivo, an Ireland-based company specializing in medical and life sciences devices. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. ParMed, which manufactures fluid handling systems, will retain its 10 employees, and its founder will join Schivo’s executive team. The acquisition aims to expand ParMed’s market reach and support larger order quantities with Schivo’s backing.
