Logo leases 37K in Wallingford CT

Online custom apparel retailer Logo Sportswear, Inc. has signed a long-term lease at 12 Beaumont Road, Wallingford CT. The 37,000 SF industrial facility on 2.76 acres is owned by GEM Property Group LLC.

Godin Property Brokers represented the tenant and Colliers International represented the landlord in this transaction.
