Manchester Office Building Sold by Optometrist Fichman for $3.44M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Pennsylvania real estate investment company recently purchased an 11,856-square-foot office building at 178 Hartford Road in Manchester for $3.44 million. The building, which sits on a half-acre, was sold by a limited liability company and currently hosts a SightMD Connecticut location. The buyer, Terravet Eye Manchester LLC, is associated with Terravet Real Estate Fund III LP and Terravet Real Estate Solutions, which specializes in veterinary property acquisitions and management.
