Manchester’s Major Retail Shopping Center Sold for $67.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brixmor Property Group Inc. purchased the 308,000-square-foot Plaza at Buckland Hills in Manchester for $67.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The deal also included a retail pad site at 1442 Pleasant Valley Road. Brixmor disclosed that the Plaza at Buckland Hills presents growth opportunities through below-market in-place rents and attracts 21,000 visits a day. The property was previously owned by Plaza at Buckland Hills LLC
