Milford investor acquires Darien office building for $4.48M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, 777 Post Road DC Holdings LLC has purchased a three-story office building at 777 Boston Post Road in Darien for $4.48 million. The 25,000-square-foot property, built in 1968 on a 0.9-acre parcel, was previously owned by Fidelity Building Corp.
