According to the Hartford Business Journal, a one-story industrial building at 674 Naugatuck Ave. in Milford, built in 1890, has been sold for $1.68 million. The 26,400-square-foot property, situated on a 2.5-acre parcel with 17,000 square feet of asphalt coverage, was purchased by 0674 Naugatuck Ave LLC from 674 Naugatuck Ave LLC.
